ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint made by the petitioner dated
23.07.2022 as per the order dated 30.12.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali in Crl.M.P.No.5887 of 2022.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, as per the Order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali in Crl.M.P.No.5887 of 2022, First Information Report in Crime No.181 of 2023 was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC and 3(1)(r) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
3. In view of the registration of First Information Report, nothing survives in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
