ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that already the decree passed in respect of the cancellation of the document was incorporated in the encumbrance document by the Registrar. Therefore, the relief sought for by the revision petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. However, as on date, the Second Appeal in S.A.No.473 of 2025 is pending before this Court. The revision petitioner is permitted to put forth all the defences in the aforesaid Second Appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
