O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application for transferring the patta and to issue patta in favour of him in respect of lands in Survey Nos.253/7C and 253/8 at Ambasamuthiram Village, Attur Taluk, Salem Dt.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, he has purchased the property in Survey No.253/7C to the extent of 0.06.0 hectare and in Survey No.253/8 to the extent of 0.54 cents situated at Ambasamuthiram Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District on 22.12.2017. Thereafter, he has filed an application seeking for transfer of patta before the respondent through https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

online and subsequently, he has sent several reminders, but so far, his application was not considered and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 06.11.2020 and pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
