Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition para 6(c) imposed in anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.25341/2021 on the file of the respondent police, Sub Inspector of Police, Avalur Police station, Ranipet District in Crime No.164/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.POOMPAVAI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25341 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021.
