O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, as the issue involved in this Writ Petition has been settled. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 18.12.2014, 50% of the impugned award has been deposited to the credit of C.P.No.186 of 2013, on the file of the Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Vellore and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the said amount.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner/Management is permitted to withdraw the entire amount lying in deposit in C.P.No.186 of 2013 together with accrued interest.
