Heard Mr. C.Balaji, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Moorthy, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner, who was working as Driver in the service of the Respondents, is that he had made a representation dated 21.02.2019 for providing an alternate job taking into consideration his health condition, but as no action has been taken thereon, he has filed this Writ Petition. 3.

It is brought to notice by Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents states that by Proceedings No. 270/PaPe(Nir)4/MTC/2015 dated 26.04.2022 it has been intimated to the Petitioner that in furtherance to his representation dated 21.02.2019, there has been periodical review of his health condition and he was accordingly posted at alternate jobs from time to time. In view of such action taken, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if he has still any grievance, to work out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
