(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2018 within a limited time frame.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, his land was acquired under the National Highways Act and subsequently, the award was also passed. Not being satisfied with the award, the petitioner has made an application under Section 3-G(5) of National Highways Act before the 1st respondent on 12.11.2018. But, so far, it was not considered and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 12.11.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
