(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This petition is filed to clarify the order passed by this Court on 13.02.2024 in W.P.No.8449 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Chennai

Corporation would submit that the road being maintained by the Corporation will be ascertained and encroachments on the road will the removed, as directed by this Court. Thus, no further clarification is required in respect of the order passed by this Court, since we have directed to evict the encroachers on the road.

3. Accordingly, the clarification petition stands disposed of. No costs.
