ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.Duraiswamy, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a Memo dated 16.08.2019 stating that the first petitioner is seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted

that the second petitioner is also seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, leave as prayed for is granted and the the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the second petitioner to file fresh writ petition. No costs.
