(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, as also detenu Haniba son of Farrok, are present before us today.

In keeping with the order of this Court dated 05.03.2018, detenu Haniba has handed over a sum of Rs.8000/- to petitioner today. Separate Savings Bank Accounts in SB A/c.Nos.113792865 and 113792866, Canara Bank, Ulundurpet Main Road, Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, have been opened in the names of the minor children, namely, Aisha and Ajaikumar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Haniba shall deposit a sum of Rs.4000/- per month into each SB Account on or before 5th of every English Calender month, in keeping with our order dated 05.03.2018. It will be open to the petitioner to withdraw such sums and on terms informed in the order dated 05.03.2018.
