ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 353, 506 (II) of IPC altered to offences under sections 341, 294(b), 353, 506 (II), 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. in Crime No.43 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein, who was a temporary staff of a private channel alleged to have entered into the Commercial Tax Office and threatened the officials to release the three containers, which they have detained for investigation. The complainant is the Joint Commissioner of the Commercial Tax Department. The incident has taken place in the commercial tax office. The petitioner was later found to be misusing his Reporter's I.D for his illegal purpose under the name of Rubber Ravi. completed, the release of the petitioner on bail is not conducive for investigation. Hence, the criminal original petition for bail is dismissed.
