W.M.P.No.9526 of 2022 is filed to substitute the name of the petitioners 4 to 6 as petitioners in the place of the deceased 4th petitioner viz., Surulibomu in Writ Petition No.19391 of 2010.

W.M.P.No.9529 of 2022 is filed to substitute the petitioners 7 to 9 as petitioners in the place of the deceased 5th petitioner viz., Pandiyan in Writ Petition No.19391 of 2010.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 5th petitioner in Writ Petition No.19390 of 2010 died, but her legal heirs are not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition.

3.Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these C.M.Ps. are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the matter on 26.04.2022.
