ORDER

The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition is for a direction to the court below to conclude the proceedings in HMOP No.254 of 2013 expeditiously.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, as evidenced in the 'A' Diary extract produced before this Court, it is seen that though the cross examination had commenced in the month of March 2018, the same is yet to be concluded.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the averments made in the grounds of Civil Revision Petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to complete the proceedings in HMOP No.254 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
