ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner had retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and all his terminal benefits has been settled by the management and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
