ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 506(1)(b), 507 IPC, read with Section 66 of Information Technologies Act 2000, in Crime No.231 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioners have already been arrested by the respondent Police in this case.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
