ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offense punishable under Section 21 (1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act 1957, 498(A) & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the de fecto complainant, the same was taken on file in C.S.R.No.44 of 2020 and the same was enquired and closed on 04.02.2020, on the request made by the de facto complainant not to take any further action.
