This petition is filed to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner and Mr.S.Suneetha, learned counsel for the first respondent. Despite notice having been served upon the second respondent, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 147 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 147 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
