[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is the brother of the detenu, Karthick S/o.Vasanthappa, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in S.C.No.24/2018 dated 23.03.2018. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the brother of the petitioner in S.C.No.24/2018 dated 23.03.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.1857, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 11.05.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
