This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 1641 days in re-presenting the above writ appeal.

Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel takes notice for the first and second respondents and Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the third, fourth and fifth respondents. They submitted that they have no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
