2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 pursuant to the order of the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City, dated 27.03.2023.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
