(CRIME NO.15 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the investigation officer twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 04.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5973/2022 dated 16.03.2022 and pass such orders as this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.IRUSAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.5973 of 2022 dated 16.03.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
