(CRIME NO.1413/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition modified that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30a.m until further orders, imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7573 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16351 of 2020 dated 16/12/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7573 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16351 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on the 1st Monday of every month, until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
