This civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 31.03.2016 made in EP.No.29 of 2011 in OS.No.43 of 2008 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi ordering arrest of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the sole petitioner died long back. Even 1/4

then, the legal heirs of the sole petitioner did not take steps to implead themselves as party to the proceedings. It shows that they have no interest to proceed the civil revision petition. 3.

Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to file petition to set aside the abatement.
