W.M.P.No.9709 of 2022 W.M.P.No.9709 of 2022 in W.P.No.822 of 2020 S.S.SUNDAR, J., This petition is filed to implead the petitioner as the respondent in the writ petition. The petitioner states that the Power of Attorney Deed was executed by the third respondent and that the interest of the third respondent has to be protected by impleading the petitioner as a party. The Power of Attorney Deed is in favour of the individual who is deponent in the affidavit. The deponent of the affidavit can very well appear before this Court as Power of Attorney Agent.

The counsel himself can get Vakalat from the third respondent in case he wants to contest the matter as the counsel on record for the third respondent. This Court is unable to find any material to show that the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition has been conveyed or transferred in favour of the petitioner who has been sought to be impleaded. 3.

Therefore this miscellaneous petition is dismissed. However now the counsel seeks permission of this Court to represent the third respondent as Power of Attorney Agent of the petitioner. It may be open to the petitioner to represent the third respondent as Power of Attorney Agent after getting permission from this Court.
