The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the respondent had surrendered the vehicle to the applicant herein. In view of the surrendering of vehicle, there is no useful purpose will be served in execution of the warrant. It is also admitted by the applicant that the initial remuneration has been paid by the applicant to the Advocate Commissioner.
2. In view of the surrendering of vehicle, the warrant issued to the Advocate Commissioner is re-called and further, he will be entitled to retain the remuneration to be paid to him.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, no further adjudication is required to be made in this Application.
Accordingly, the same is closed.
