ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to register and release the sale agreement dated 04.03.2025, which is kept pending in document No.19 of 2025. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that a protest petition was received against the registration of the document from two parties. Hence, the same is being considered before taking decision for registering the document.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the enquiry is yet to be conducted in this case.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd

respondent to conduct the enquiry based on the objection given and take a decision either to register the document or to issue a refusal check slip assigning the reasons, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
