ORDER

The writ petition is filed challenging the award passed by the second respondent dated 17.07.2020 in the industrial dispute raised by the first respondent-Sangam in I.D.No.100 of 2015.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that, subsequent wage revision has come into force vide Corporate Human Resource Circular No.003/IRX/2019 dated 19.03.2019 and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 2/4

petitioners and in the light of the fact that subsequent wage revision vide Circular No.003/IRX/2019 dated 19.03.2019, has come into force, the issue which is the subject matter of writ petition, has become infructuous.
