This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR No.4 of 2019 dated 12.02.2019 pending in the file of DCB Police Station, Namakkal District and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.4 of 2019 and final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.123 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi Velur, Namakkal District and it is pending for trial. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original petition itself has become infructuous.
