The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that so far, no legal heirs approached the counsel to file a petition to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. It shows that the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case.

2. In view of the above, the civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to approach this Court by way of filing appropriate application to implead them as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
