This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent / police to conduct an investigation in Crime No.1540 of 2017 and file a charge sheet before the concerned Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR and that one accused has to be secured, this Court cannot issue any direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.
