Petition is filed seeking police protection.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, enquiry was conducted on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.03.2023, and the same was closed on the undertaking given by the private respondents that they will not interfere.

3. In the light of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that, there is no necessity to entertain the present petition seeking police protection.
