O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to first respondent to produce the body of petitioner's wife A.K.Aswathi, 27, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter came up on 11.10.2018, this Court has recorded the following:

'The detenue is present before this Court along with her father/second respondent herein. She informs that she has gone to the parental home on her own accord and wishes to continue under the care and custody of her parents. She has much to tell against the petitioner on his forcing her to act against her will.

Post on 25.10.2018. It will not be necessary for the detenue and her father/second respondent to be present.'

3. Today, learned counsel for petitioner is present. No further orders are necessary.
