This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.02.2022 and file the FIR with the time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the complaint has been given FIR has not been registered till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police had registered the FIR, enquired and closed the same on 04.06.2022.
