This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the satisfaction Court as "II Additional Sessions Court, Poonamallee" instead of "Judicial Magistrate - I, Ambattur" in Crl.O.P.No.19076 of 2025 by an order dated 25.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on the file of II Additional Session Judge, Poonamallee in S.C.No.522 of 2025. Hence, the satisfaction Court may be modified as "II Additional Session Judge, Poonamallee" instead of "Judicial Magistrate - I, Ambattur"

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and he has no serious objection for allowing this petition. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this petition is ordered.
