Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant No Objection Certificate in favour of petitioner College without insisting DTCP approval for the purpose of processing the pending application further and to obtain approval/recognition from statutory bodies for conducting Pharmacy Courses viz., (1) Bachelor of Pharmacy(B.Pharm), (2) Diploma in Pharmacy(D.Pharm), (3) B.Sc., (Nursing), (4) Auxiliary General Midwifery (ANM), (5)General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), (6) Post Basic B.Sc., (Nursing), (7) Health Inspector & (8) Sanitary Inspector Courses by the petitioner College, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
