O R D E R
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2018 pending before the learned Sub Judge, Chidambaram to the file of learned Family Judge, Puducherry.
2. The respondent and the petitioner are husband and wife. The respondent/husband filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2018 before Sub Court, Chidambaram.
3. The petitioner/wife is residing in Puducherry. She has two school going children and finds it difficult to travel from Puducherry to Chidambaram for every hearing.
4. Despite service of notice, the respondent has not appeared before this Court.
5. Considering the education of the children as well as physical hardship and inconvenience caused to the petitioner/wife, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
6. Accordingly, the divorce petition filed by the respondent/husband in H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2018 pending on the file of Sub-Court, Chidambaram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Puducherry.
7. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
