Instant Review Application, which is in Sr.No.99312 of 2015 has been preferred against the order made in W.A.No.911 of 2013, dated 17.04.2015, with a delay of 178 days in filing the Review Application. Hence, C.M.P.No.3682 of 2016 is filed for condonation of the delay.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Prima facie we find no merits in the Review Application and therefore we are of the view that no prejudice would be caused to the respondents in numbering the Review Application after condoning the delay of 178 days. Accordingly, delay is condoned and CMP No.3682 of 2016, is ordered.
