dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2026, to issue licence to the petitioner for running and Bunk Shop at any permitted nearby place of 100 feet Road Tharamani, Chennai.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to issue licence to the petitioner for running a Bunk Shop at any place in 100 feet road, Taramani, Chennai, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that he is a physically challenged person. He seeks for grant of license to run a Bunk Shop in any permitted place in 100 feet road, Taramani, Chennai. The petitioner had given a representation on 19.01.2026, for the aforesaid purpose to the 3rd respondent. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Mr.M.Shajahan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2, Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Senior Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2026, seeking for license in his favour to run a Bunk Shop at any permitted place in 100 feet road, Taramani, Chennai, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
