Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 08.12.2014 of the petitioner, regarding provision of employment under the quota for physically handicapped.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.12.2014 submitted by the writ petitioner in order to provide an employment under the quota for physically handicapped.

2.Heard Mr.G.Punniyakotti, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner is unable to substantiate whether any such quota for disabled persons are provided in the absence of any rules. This Court cannot issue any such direction for entertaining a writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petitioner has to establish any Semblance of Right and only in the event of establishing such a right a writ can be issued. 4.In the case on hand, the writ petitioner is entitled to substantiate that there is a quota for Disabled persons with regard to the appointment and there is a violation of the rules. Thus, this Court is of the view that in the absence of establishing any such legal right no writ can be entertained. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, there is no order as to costs.
