ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to make an endorsement in the certified copy of the sale deeds with respect to Document Nos.5401 of 2004 and 5402 of 20024 dated 27.10.2004 and a partnership deed Document No.2116 of 2007 on the file of the third respondent instead of the above said Original title deeds, after perusing the above said original deeds at the time of Registration of the lease deeds and in case of the petitioner renewing the lease deeds by 2/5
considering petitioner representation dated 13.11.2019 and 09.01.2024 by the respondent within the time framed fixed by this court.
2. Heard Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that since there is no place in the original documents to make an endorsement, they will make necessary endorsement in the certified copy of the documents.
4. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on production of the certified copy of the documents by the petitioner, the third respondent shall make appropriate endorsement in the certified copies and shall not insist on production of the Original documents.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
