This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 03.03.2016 given by the petitioner and investigate in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 03.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.03.2016.
