A.No.1903 of 2022 in C.S.(Comm. Div) No.37 of 2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is filed by the defendants seeking permission to file a response to the reply statement of the plaintiff.

2. The applicants state that the response to the reply statement is necessary in view of the additional documents which were permitted to be produced pursuant to the order dated 1.04.2022. The applicant asserts that averments in relation to the said additional documents were made in the rejoinder to the reply statement. 3.The plaintiff has no objection to this application being allowed.

4. Accordingly, A.No.1903 of 2022 is allowed and the rejoinder statement of the defendants is directed to be received. The plaintiff has filed the statement of admission/denial of documents filed by the defendants and draft issues. The defendants are directed to file the statement of admission/denial of documents and draft issues on the next date of hearing.
