CRL.OP.No.1898 of 2015 P.DEVADOSS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail in Crime No.2147 of 2014 for offence under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner is A2. In this case, she is alleged to have running a coconut business along with A1. The defacto complainant alleges that he paid Rs.9,00,000/- for the supply of coconuts. But, the coconuts were not supplied. She also alleges that the money was not paid. Under these circumstances, dispute arose between both sides. The defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner. In this matter, dispute arose out of the business transactions between both sides. Further, A1 was granted anticipatory bail by this court.

4. Considering all the above aspects, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner; (ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
