This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30 p.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25848 of 2022 by order dated 01.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in CC.No.3 of 2021 before the learned Special Court for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Coimbatore.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Court for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Coimbatore at 10.30 a.m, on all hearings without fail.
