ORDER
[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents police to produce the petitioner's brother Rajendran, aged about 57 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

It is the case of the petitioner that his brother Rajendran went missing from 15.05.2002 and thereafter, his whereabouts are not known. On this ground, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

Admittedly, Rajendran is not in the illegal custody of the respondents herein for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus.
Hence, this habeas corpus petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
