Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on him to appear before the Respondent police namely the Inspector of Police V & Ac Police Station, Villupuram daily at 10.30 a.m until further order in Crl.O.P.No.16345 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.G.RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16345 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16345 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
