Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to modify the condition imposed by the Hon'ble Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No. 77 of 2018 in paragraph 7 (iii) that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No. 395 of 2017 before the said court and the final order in respect of the amount will be passed at the end of the criminal proceedings by the trial court to any other document surety. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court seeking the some modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 77 of 2018 dated 04.01.2018 in paragraph 7(iii) passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai for modification of the condition.
