ORDER

The petitioner seeks Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by R.Venkata Raghavan, who died intestate on 24.05.2021. The petitioner is only son of the deceased R.Venkata Raghavan.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased R.Venkata Raghavan and V.Vasumathi (mother of the petitioner), as Exs.P1 and P2. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased R.Venkata Raghavan, as Ex.P3. A perusal of Ex.P3 shows that 1/4

the petitioner is the only Class-I legal heir of the deceased R.Venkata Raghavan. A paper publication has been made and objections have not been received.

3.In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner, in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Speaking: Yes/No Petitioner's witness:
