Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim stay of operation of the order passed by the third respondent made in Na.Ka.No.8845/AA3/2015 dated 27.01.2016 and the consequential order vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.8845/AA3/2015 dated .../06/2016, pending WP.No.24695 of 2016.

Respondents 1 to 5 the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant interim stay of operation of the order passed by the third respondent made in Na.Ka.No.8845/AA3/2015 dated 27.01.2016 and the consequential order issued by the third respondent, pending disposal of the above writ petition.

The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Miscellaneous Petition cannot be considered at this stage and the same shall be decided at the time of final disposal of the main writ petition.
