ORDER

The petitioner seek Succession Certificate in respect of the debts held by V.Vasumathy @ V.Vasumathi, who died intestate on 31.05.2021. The petitioner is the only son of the deceased V.Vasumathi, and the father of the petitioner Venkataraghavan has pre deceased his mother Late V.Vasumathi on 24.05.2021.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased V.Vasumathy @ V.Vasumathi and Venkataraghavan, as Exs.P1 and P2, and the legal heir certificate of the 1/4

deceased V.Vasumathi and Venkataraghavan as Exs.P9 and P3. A perusal of Exs.P9 and P3 shows that the petitioner is the only Class I legal heir of the deceased V.Vasumathi and Venkataraghavan. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received. 3.In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner as he is the only Class I legal heir, in respect of the debts mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
